Shipping Policy

Your delivery timeframe will depend on the nature of your goods bought. Some Rise & Ramble items are made-to-order. This will require a lead time for your piece to be produced in our studio just for you. The lead time on each piece is given in the description for each individual product. If multiple items are purchased, we will not ship until all items are complete and ready to go. There are Rise & Ramble collections that are available for immediate shipping. These items will ship up to 3-5 business days after receipt of purchase to allow time for processing, packaging, and carrier pickup. If you need an item to be rush shipped or the lead time for production to be expedited - please email us to see if this option is available, a small fee may be applicable.

Return Policy

Due to our the nature of our hands-on approach and small business model, we are not able to accept returns at this time. We are happy to exchange an item if it does not meet your expectation upon delivery. Exchanges can be accepted up to 5 days after a purchase was made. These items must be shipped in the condition your received them, unworn and with original tags and packaging. Return shipping expenses, including overseas taxes and/or duties, are the responsibility of the sender and a tracking # from chosen carrier must be provided for the exchange to be valid. Rise & Ramble reserves the right to refuse any exchange requests if requirements are not met. Please email us prior to initiating an exchange, and if you have any question/concerns regarding our policy. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom orders, nor for discounted, promotional, or sale items.
